Hello my little snowflakes!

How are we feeling today? Is everyone -who has snow- enjoying it as much as I am?!

Annnnnnnyway sorry for the spamming in your deviations, me and some friends -~Alex-Tallow and ~rainbowfeary- were having a crafty night ' I even made more, but they were gifts to ~Alex-Tallow and ~Aswulf so I don't have any pics of them yet...

Also I had the silver smithing workshop yesterday and it was AWESOME! I do have instant carpal tunnel syndrome now but it was all worth it We got this little sheet of silver where we had to draw our designs on and then cut them out using a tiny figuresaw. Then hammering, heating, soldering, soldering again, and soldering again because the leaf kept falling off :S Bending the earhooks, making them straight again to get the bead off that's not supposed to be heated, soldering them shut, bending them again, and then bending them again but this time the right way As you can see it didn't always go smoothly, but it was a lot of fun and I'm totally in with my cute earrings!

So... other great news! I've opened my own artfire store! It's basically the same as an Etsy -but then for free- So you can now buy my shyte! If there is something in my gallery that you have always wanted and is not for sale, plz send me a note, the same goes if you want something in just a different colour... everything is possible!

One last thing, from the 24th untill the 30th of December I'll be on holiday!!! Into the woods once more and praying for a white christmas! I'll be taking my new mundo big eyeshadow pallet with me so hopefully I'll have some pretty new portrait pics to show you all. And of course my beading supplies and felt supplies are coming too, so I hope to have a crafty holiday!

Good morning snowflakes!

So I had this idea. To celebrate that I now have more than 40 watchers, I'd like to hold a little contest to get to know you a little better So, of course using art, tell me a little about yourself. What do you do in real life, what are your hobbies, what is important to you, what are you addicted to, what's on your mind?

I can hear you thinking, yeah, well, what do we get out of this? Of course there are prizes!!!

1st place winner
~ 1 custom made piece of jewelry with a theme of his/her choice*
~ 1 custom eye manipulation with a theme of his/her choice*
~ 1 pesonalized pixel icon with a theme of his/her choice*

2nd place winner
~ 1 custom made pair of earrings with a theme of his/her choice*
~ 1 personalized pixel icon with a theme of his/her choice*

3rd place winner
~ 1 personalized pixel icon with a theme of his/her choice*

(*theme of choice, think; gothic, winter, nature, steampunk, vampire, rainbow, cupcake, cat, hippy, spring, water, dragonfly etc. etc.)

So here are the rules!
any medium is allowed, but with lit, please stick to poetry.
1 deviation per person
the deviation has to be new, so posted on or after december 10th
in the artist description please explain what you have made and why, what was your motivation?

Hello my fluffies!

I'm baaaaaack ' which you may or may not have noticed by the flooding of deviations in your inbox.... sorry about that. Finally got around to posting the stuff that has been ready for a while now, which explaines the flood

Sooooo... where were we?
Oh right, Night of the Proms was AMAZING! Sharon den Adel from Within Temptation was awesome, the only downside being that she only did two songs (ice queen and stand my ground). Roxette was one big party and as always was the atmosphere warm and cozy and great! We'll definately go again next year *YAY*

So now I'm looking forward to the next concert which is next week; Marilyn Manson!!!

Holiday was great. Relaxing, pagan, witchy, artsy, little bit of shopping, great! Some amazing things happened there that I'll not bore you with, but I came back with a new sence of direction on my pagan path. With a little bit of luck we'll go back there the 21st of december (Yule in the forest = YAY!)

Work is still mundo chaos. Also the weather isn't really working well so we haven't been able to work for two days now in the last week :S unfortunately not working means no food.......... Ah well, I'm sure it'll turn out fine.

So now the stress of christmas shopping begins ' I have no idea what to get everyone so it'll be HELL. Whelp!

Hello my little bumblebees!

It's been a while hasn't it? It's been crazy around here so it took me a while to find the time to update you lot. So.... why so silent? you ask?

Yesterday my two good friends ~Alex-Tallow and ~Eswald finally got hitched! Since I was maid of honour it has been a busy and stressful couple of weeks with a terribly stressful day as the grand finally. But it was all worth it, looking at their happy loving faces

Tal, Eswald, I wish you all the luck in the world!

Go on and leave them a little message of congratulations, they'll love it

So that was yesterday, and the day after tomorrow, I'm leaving for a long deserved, long weekend in the woods. I'm going to relax, relax and not do a whole lot So that means two more days of listmaking, packing and making sure we have everything we need. But I'm sure that'll be worth it as well. Plus that tomorrow we are going to the Night of the Proms!!! Yay, so excited, it's gonna be awesome!

So I have some things that are finished but not photographed yet, and I have some things that are already in my head, but not yet realized... Have patience, it will come '

Hello my little flutterby's!

First of I'd like to inform you all that some of my artwork is now available as prints! So be sure to check out my printshop ' Also a reminder that until the 27th of O"ctobre, dA will pay for your shipping costs, so if there is something you've wanted for a long time, this is your chance!

Secondly a little heads up that some of my jewelry pics will be replaced with shinier, better versions! I've bought one of those photocubes and the results are awesome! The pics are sharper, shinier and just awesome all around

Thirdly there has been a change in the ' pixel' department of my gallery. Most of the avatars have been freed for use, be sure to check out the details in the 'Artist comments' of the avatars.
